  • yòNEED does provide refund service to any products but we require a 20% fee of the items; we also provide exchange service for damged items.
  • yòNEED is willing to provide exchange service for damaged items, but shipping fee is subject to buyer.
  • Buyers can pay extra fee to secure the shipping process, please contact us for this service.
  • We are not responsible for any damage by our products to our customers; Users are subject to the damage themselves.
