With a dedicated customer service team, we are able to offer our customers reliable and on time processing and delivery of your purchases. All your purchases will be processed and sent out on the following business day after we receive your payment. If your purchases are made during weekends, your orders will be processed and shipped out on Monday.
For normal shipment, you should allow around 10 to 15 working days for your orders to arrive. Special arrangements can be made for express shipments where your orders will be processed and shipped out on the same day*. Below is a table for the general delivery schedule:

Shipping & Handling Charges
Our shipping is always FREE. A mere $3.00 USD of operational and handling charge is added for each invoice / order.
All purchase items with full payment will be dispatched within 24 hours, except for Sunday and Public Holidays. The estimated delivery time is approximately 10 - 15 business days.
We offer Express Mail 3-day delivery (EMS). Service charge is subject to the order package size, weight and destination. Please contact us for more details.

Packaging
We offer packaging for every purchased item. The packaging materials vary from dainty boxes, elegant pouches and environmental friendly Eco-Packs, depends on the sizes and weights of the items, and subject to the availability of materials. Additional gift boxes can be purchased at low prices from here. Free packaging is NOT available for customers of greater discount levels (Ruby / Diamond VIP members). High level members are welcome to purchase packaging boxes at discounted prices.

yòEED.com has local bank accounts set up in United Kingdom, Australia and other major countries for direct debit of payment and transactions. Customers from Europe are welcome to make use of our United Kingdom bank account (HSBC) for transactions, where customers from Australia and New Zealand are welcome to use our Australia bank account (Commonwealth Bank of Australia). Return Policy
You may return any item you purchase at yòNEED.com for exchange or replacement for item of the same value or lower if there is a defect or if you are unsatisfied with the item. You may also request for a refund and all refunds will be entertained but up to 80% of the purchase value only which excludes the cost of shipping and insurance.
Request for exchange or refunds must be made within 14 business days from the day of delivery confirmation and all items must be returned to yòNEED.com within 20 days of the mentioned delivery confirmation date.
All returned items must be sent to us via registered or recorded mail in their original condition and packaging. The tracking number of the said registered mail of the returned items must be provided to yoNEED. Shipping and handling charge will be at the customers' expenses unless the goods are returned due to manufacturing defects.
For items purchased at eBay, members must provide their eBay member ID and eBay item number to facilitate us in checking the sender and source of your purchased items. You may include a note with the above information together with the package of your returned items.
A notification will be sent to your eBay message inbox upon receipt of your returned items and a hyperlink will be provided to you for selection of your preferred exchange items. Exchange shall be of equal or lower value of the returned item based on its final auction or buy-it-now values. Please inform us of your choice of item for exchange by sending us an eBay message.
Requests for exchange or refund will be processed within 2 business days. We shall notify you as soon as possible should there be any issues with your requests.
