How to Claim the Gift?

Terms and Conditions

1. Program Period - January 14, 2010 to February 20, 2010

2. "Program Requirement" - You are required to purchase the number of items (stated in the above table) in a single order, make payment for the order, and you will be given option to claim the free gift. This is the only requirement you need to meet.

3. All £1 items in the Limited Time Corner, all Assortment items and all Wholesale Lots items are NOT entitled to this free gifts program.

4. The free gift program is designated for both our loyal existing and new customer and we would like to cover as many customer as possible, therefore each yòNEED website account in association with a valid PayPal account with one shipping address will only entitle to one time complimentary gift redemption ONLY.

5. Gift claims will take place immediately after concluding the PayPal payment. If you close the web browser in the PayPal session, you will not be able to enter the gift claim page by other means. If you missed the gift claim, please contact our customer support at cs@yoNEED.com and our representatives will provide you instructions for reclaiming the gift, but the gift can only be shipped in your NEXT ORDER.

6. All ordered items, or items in your shopping cart must be paid and settled before the program deadline on February 20, 2010 in order to qualify the program. Unpaid items and outstanding payment will not be accounted for gift redemption.

7. We ship the free gift via international air mail. Items are guaranteed brand new and fully examined in good condition before dispatch. We cannot, however, ensure damage-free of the free gift during the course of delivery. We can offer replacement for damage goods provide that the buyer is willing to pay for the returning mail charge.
