How to Claim the Gift?

yòNEED.com is offering over 200 Summer Gift styles up for grabs! You will be able to claim the gift after making payment for an order. Follow the 4-EASY-STEPS to claim your Summer Giveaway Gift:


Step 1. Place Order • Shop and purchase from yòNEED.com by adding items into the shopping cart.	Step 2. Make Payment • Conclude the order by proceeding to the Order Checkout. Make payment by selecting your preferred payment method. yòNEED.com accepts PayPal and credit card payments.

Step 3. Choose Gift Series • After your payment is validated, you will be brought to the payment confirmation screen with the message "Payment Successful!". The Free Gift Claim starts here. Down the middle of this screen, you will be given choices of different Gift Series, base on the number of items purchased in your order. Click on your desired Gift Series Icon to proceed.	Step 4. Select Gift • The full Free Gift list of your desired Gift Series will be revealed. Select the gift of your choice from over 200 elegantly designed jewelry styles! We will ship the free gift together with your newest ordered items!

Terms and Conditions

1. Program Period May 14, 2009 to August 31, 2009

2. "Program Requirement" - You are required to purchase the number of items (stated in the above table) in a single order, make payment for the order, and you will be given option to claim the free gift. This is the only requirement you need to meet.

3. This "Summer Giveaway 2009 Program" cannot be conjoined with other yòNEED.com free gift program(s). For instance, if you claimed a free gift with other programs such as the "Re-Purchase Reward Program" in an order, you can no longer use this "Summer Giveaway 2009 Program" to claim more free gifts in the same order.

4. There will be no additional / hidden cost applied. No shipping and handling fee is required. It is ABSOLUTELY FREE!! Simply meet the reqirements, and you will entitle to claim the gift.

5. All items ordered must be paid and settled in full before the program deadline on August 31, 2009 to qualify the program. Any unpaid items and outstanding payment will not be calculated for the program and therefore not entitle for gift redemption.

6. Gift claim can be made through the FREE GIFT SELECTION PAGE being shown after the order checkout and payment validation. After that point, you would not be able to initiate the gift claiming process by yourself. If you accidentally bypassed or missed that Free Gift Selection Page, please contact our Customer Service cs@yoNEED.com to resolve the issue.

7. Shipment of free gift will be complimentary if the free gift is sent together with your purchase. In view of this, kindly confirm your free gift selection immediately after the payment confirmation page.

8. Free gift is sent via postal service. yòNEED.com will not be liable for any damage of goods during shipment. However, we will offer a replacement of damaged gift due to shipment should the buyer agrees to bear all shipment costs for the returned goods.

9. The custom declaration note will be marked as a "Gift" for all shipment of the claimed gift, we will therefore not bear any potential custom tax incurred.

10. This program offer cannot be used in conjunction with any order that already has 25% or above discount.
