Step 3.  Claim Reward

• When you conclude your latest purchase in the Checkout screen, click on the CLAIM Re-Purchase Reward !! button to proceed to the reward redemption.

Step 4.  Enter Redemption Number

• Every Re-Purchase Reward coupon printed with a unique REWARD REDEMPTION NUMBER on the upper-right corner. Enter that number in the text box and hit the Claim Gift button to proceed to the gift selection.

Terms and Conditions

• Offer expires two (2) months upon receiving of package and the Re-Purchase Reward Coupon.
