- Do I need to become a member to shop in your store?
No, you do not need to become a member to purchase items in our store, but you will enjoy the a member discount and accumulative discount if you become a member of yòNEED. Please check the details for membership accumlative discount.
- How do I use your shopping card?
For all item listing in our website, there is a red button beside the image to add items to the shopping cart, simply click the button to add the item and at the end of your shopping you will see a grand total invoice with instruction for payment process.
- Do you accept other forms of payment rather than credit card in PayPal?
We prefer Paypal as our payment method, for back order or bulk purchase quantitied exceed 500 items, we also take bank wiring and western union as a payment alternative, please contact us for more detail.
- Do you have a minimium order requirement?
We do not have a minimium order requirement, you can purchase even one item in our website, you still enjoy our membership loyalty program discount.
- Does the listing price include postage charges?
Yes, all our item listing in the website are subjected to FREE shipping, and only GBP1.00 operation and handling charge for each invoice.
- Is there any discount for bulk purchase and back order?
We offer wholesales and bulk purchase discount depends on the order size. Please check the details of discount.
- What is the normal delivery time after payment?
We dispatch all items within 24 hours after payment received, except on Sundays and Public Holidays, the time of delivery is approximately 10 to 15 days depending on destination.
- Do you have a return policy?
Yes, all items can be returned for replacement or exchange to similar-value products. Refund is also available with a 20% deduction for re-stocking fee with 7 days of reporting time and return the item in original condition to our office.
- What is your gemstone made of?
All our jewelry is middle-grade stones from Russia, or referred as the celestite-grade gemstones. Celestite-grade gemstones share the common third level chemical structures with the highest premium-grade gemstones, which could cost several hundred dollars for a small piece. In other words, they are lab enhanced. That's the reason why our jewellery pieces are selling at such competitive pricings.
- Do you have custom design and back order ?
Yes, we design and produce our own jewelry. If you would like us to produce your design or back order our stock, we need a minimium order of 500 pieces each invoice.
