yòNEED Jewelry, from the Past to the Future

yòNEED Jewelry was founded in early 2000, started as a local retail jewelry shop in Hong Kong, specializing in quality gemstones. With product quality and competitive pricing in mind, yòNEED had partnered with experienced manufacturers to produce and supply jewelries directly to us. This allows us to easily manage our product specification as well as offer our customers with direct-from-factory pricing.

Due to popularity and demands, our business has grown rapidly and expanded from local into the global market with orders from international buyers worldwide. In order to reach out to more markets and to provide a wider and easier access of our jewelry collections to our customers around the world, we launched our global online channel in 2004 with an extended range of our Russia Gemstones.

Soon after the launch of our online channel, with our extensive collections of quality gemstones and prompt customer service, yòNEED had achieved an annual sale of 100,000 items and was awarded Platinum Power Seller by eBay in year 2006. We were subsequently accorded with the eBay Preferred Training Certification ¡V yòNEED is one out of the seven organizations in Hong Kong and China to be certified by eBay.

In recognition of the increasing requisitions from our buyers and wholesalers, we had also launched our yòNEED Wholesales Program in 2007 and had achieved a sale of 250,000 items per annum.

Today, yòNEED sells more than 500,000 pieces of jewelry annually in more than 150 countries with at least 150,000 online registrations and accounts globally. We sell more than 500,000 pieces of our jewelries every year through our yòNEED.com online business, eBay accounts and Alibaba sales channel. We are also a World Class Paypal verified seller with a track record in handling sales transactions with excellent customer service.

yòNEED Jewelry selects only the finest gemstones for our jewelry gallery ¡V The Moissanite. Moissanite gemstones have brilliance, fire, luster and hardness that match diamond, ruby, emerald, and other fine gemstones. Our series of collections are made from Russia Gemstones of the Moissanite quality and grade. All our gemstones are professionally hand-set onto 18K gold plated copper or brass jewelry setting plates produced in world class plating facilities.

yòNEED's internal design team is constantly watchful of the market trends and customer needs to ensure that our collections are always innovative and trendy. To ensure that our customers receive not just fashionable but also high quality pieces of jewelry, we work only with the most committed and experienced jewelry manufacturers with international manufacturing standards and stringent quality assurance systems.

Quality Assurance

We believe in full value for money when it comes to delivering our products to our customers. Quality is one of the many value added components we emphasize on when managing the production of our jewelry. To leverage and further tighten the quality control system at our manufacturing plants, we are currently developing a yòNEED Internal Quality System and standard operating procedures to monitor and measure the quality assurance processes of our jewelry that starts from the design stage right up to finished product. With this internal quality system implemented, our design houses and manufacturers will be equipped with quality control procedures that set the guidelines for gemstone selection, hand-setting of jewelry, packaging material and final packaging of our jewelries.

Our current Men, Ladies and Bridal jewelry galleries will be extended to include the newest and most popular designs. A whole new range of Costume Jewelry will also be introduced soon!
